Was ist Achtsamkeit? Und was ist es nicht? Wie kann Achtsamkeit helfen um uns wohler und gelassener zu fühlen? Was hat Achtsamkeit mit Stressbewältigung zu tun?

In diesem Treffen sollen die Wurzeln der Achtsamkeit beleuchtet werden. Es wird die Geschichte von MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) und deren wissenschaftlich erwiesenen Effekten auf Gesundheit und Wohlbefinden vermittelt. Es kann ein erster Eindruck gewonnen werden was Achtsamkeits-übungen sind, wie ein MBSR-Kurs abläuft und was darin behandelt wird.

Ein Tag in Stille – zum Eintauchen, Auffrischen, Loslassen, Erfahrungen (und vielleicht auch Erkenntnisse) sammeln…

Dieser Tag soll dazu dienen einmal in einer anderen Art und Weise zu sein. Wir wollen bewusst Nichts-tun, indem wir „Nichts“ machen außer sitzen, gehen, liegen, strecken, eine Mahlzeit zu uns nehmen. Wir wollen uns darin üben, von Momoent zu Moment präsent und offen für die Erfahrungen zu sein die ins Gewahrsein kommen.

An diesem Tag werden verschiedenste Achtsamkeitsübungen in der Gruppe praktiziert. Ich werde durch einen guten Mix aus Mediationen im Sitzen und in Bewegung führen, damit jede*r die Möglichkeit hat gut bei sich zu sein.

„Stressreduktion durch Achtsamkeit“

MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction)  kommt aus der Body-Mind-Medizin und ist ein Programm zur Reduktion von Stress mittels verschiedener Achtsamkeits-techniken. Es führt zu einem bewussteren und konstruktiven Umgang mit Stress und fördert nachhaltig das Wohlbefinden und die Gesundheit. Achtsamkeit kann zu mehr Klarheit, einem besseren Verstehen und tiefen Einsichten über Körper und Geist führen.

In unserer beschleunigten Welt, ist MBSR für jeden eine Möglichkeit, um über sich und seine Umwelt neue Erfahrungen zu sammeln. Achtsamkeit hilft uns um aus dem Auto-Piloten auszusteigen und bewusst und freundlich im „Hier und Jetzt“ unser Leben zu leben.

Dass sich Achtsamkeit und Yoga gut ergänzen und eigentlich auch bedingen, ist kein Geheimnis. Und wir möchten auch kein Geheimnis daraus machen – ganz im Gegenteil! Wir möchten gemeinsam als Gruppe achtsame Tage in der weitläufigen Landschaft des Weinviertels verbringen und uns so die Möglichkeit schenken, mitten im Leben – im Hier und Jetzt – anzukommen.

Soweit sich die Natur rund um uns erstreckt, so breit wollen wir auch die Fülle an Erfahrungen gestalten: Es wird im Sitzen, Stehen, Gehen und in Bewegung meditiert. Yoga ist genauso Bestandteil wie achtsames Kochen und Essen. Geschlafen wird im Zelt unter Sternenhimmel.

Im Fokus dieses intensiven Settings steht das Sich-Wohl-Fühlen und Auftanken im Hier und Jetzt. Die einzelnen Sessions werden gut angeleitet und wechseln sich zwischen Bewegung und Meditation ab. Sitzmeditationen sind auf eine halbe Stunde ausgelegt, weshalb etwas Mediations-erfahrung Voraussetzung für das Wochen-ende ist.
